We strive to accurately display our products, colors, and designs. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting, printing methods, and garment materials.

Because many of our products are made to order, slight variations in print placement or garment appearance may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Seven Nineteen reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes, or refuse any order before shipment.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Orders will not begin production until payment has been received.

5. Order Processing

Current turnaround times are posted on our website and social media channels and may change based on order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping times are separate from production times.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details regarding returns, exchanges, damaged items, and incorrect orders.

8. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are governed by our Custom Order Policy, including design approval, customer-provided artwork, and production requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and other content created by or for Seven Nineteen are the property of Seven Nineteen and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any artwork, logos, or images they submit for custom orders.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Nineteen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama.

12. Changes to These Terms
