Custom Order Policy

Effective Date: July 19, 2026

At Seven Nineteen, we love bringing your ideas to life! Whether you're ordering apparel for your family, team, school, business, or special event, we're honored to create something just for you.

Design Approval

A digital proof will be provided for custom designs when applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve all design details, including spelling, names, dates, colors, sizing, and placement.

Once final approval is given, production will begin and additional changes cannot be made.

Payment

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Production Time

Custom orders may require additional production time depending on design complexity and order size.

Estimated turnaround times will be communicated before work begins.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee based on scheduling and production availability.

Customer-Provided Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission or appropriate rights to use any logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, or other materials they provide for a custom order.

Seven Nineteen reserves the right to decline any order that we believe may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of another person, business, or organization.

Color Variations

Actual printed colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, or digital proofs due to differences in screen settings, printing processes, and garment materials.

Garment Availability

In the event a requested garment color, size, or style becomes unavailable, Seven Nineteen will contact the customer to discuss comparable replacement options before production continues.

Returns & Cancellations

Because custom orders are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is defective or an error was made by Seven Nineteen.

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Right to Decline Orders

Seven Nineteen reserves the right to decline any custom order that contains content we determine to be offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with our business standards.
