Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Seven Nineteen! Each order is made with care, and we appreciate your patience while we create something special for you and your family.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within our current estimated turnaround time, which is posted on our website and social media channels.

Turnaround time begins after payment is received and does not include shipping time.

Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, periods of high order volume, or other circumstances that may affect production.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship orders throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping label is created.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Seven Nineteen's control.

Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an order is returned to Seven Nineteen due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the package and damaged item.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate next steps.

Local Pickup & Delivery

When local pickup or delivery is available, applicable options will be displayed during checkout. Additional instructions will be provided as needed after your order is placed or ready.
